General Tasks
  • Implementation of procedures for filling administrative posts.
  • Implementation of procedures for the disbursement of administrative human resources benefits.
  • Organization, preservation and archiving of all the University's human resources records.
  • Documenting functional signatures and scientific qualifications and updating human resources data on an ongoing basis.
  • Participation of committees related to the Department's work.
  • Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
  • Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
Incumbency Section
  • Implementation of contractual procedures.
  • Implementation of promotion procedures.
  • Implementation of transport/loan/commissioning procedures.
  • Implementation of termination procedures.
The Entitlements Section
  • Implementation of procedures for the disbursement of financial remuneration (assignment /off-duty /Standing Committees /direct public funds /separation ).
  • Implementation of procedures for the disbursement of allowances (nature of work).
  • Implementation of passenger order procedures.
  • Implementation of leave procedures (sick /accompanying /paternity /death /exceptional).
