Management of Data and Information

  • Collection and analysis of statistical data on human resources.
  • Provide human resources data and statistics to beneficiaries after the authority holder's approval.
  • Provide technical support to different management entities.
  • Register new users from the University's staff and give appropriate powers over the financial and administrative program.
  • Periodically review, audit and verify human resources data.
  • Supervise the Department's website and update its content.
  • Develop and amend the financial and administrative regulations in coordination with the relevant authorities.
  • Printing the necessary reports required by public administration.
  • Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
  • Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
