- Collection and analysis of statistical data on human resources.
- Provide human resources data and statistics to beneficiaries after the authority holder's approval.
- Provide technical support to different management entities.
- Register new users from the University's staff and give appropriate powers over the financial and administrative program.
- Periodically review, audit and verify human resources data.
- Supervise the Department's website and update its content.
- Develop and amend the financial and administrative regulations in coordination with the relevant authorities.
- Printing the necessary reports required by public administration.
- Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
- Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
