Training & Development Section
- Inventory and analysis of the training needs of the University's organizational units.
- Planning the training process.
- Implementation of training plans.
- Follow-up and evaluation of training plans.
- Design and periodically update the training track card.
Performance Management Section
- Planning the stages of the performance management cycle.
- Follow-up on organizational units' implementation of the phases of the performance management cycle.
- Solve technical problems in the system.
- Study and analyze performance assessment forms for human resources and propose ways to develop performance.
