  • Management of the University's human resources performance.
  • Monitoring the regularity of the university's human resources.
  • Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
  • Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
Training & Development Section
  • Inventory and analysis of the training needs of the University's organizational units.
  • Planning the training process.
  • Implementation of training plans.
  • Follow-up and evaluation of training plans.
  • Design and periodically update the training track card.
Performance Management Section
  • Planning the stages of the performance management cycle.
  • Follow-up on organizational units' implementation of the phases of the performance management cycle.
  • Solve technical problems in the system.
  • Study and analyze performance assessment forms for human resources and propose ways to develop performance.
