Management of HR Planning

General Tasks
  • Prepare the employment and succession plan and analyze the burden of the university's workforce and work to update it by coordinating with the relevant bodies of the university.
  • Propose solutions to fill gaps that emerge after the University's human resources analysis process.
  • Alignment of job planning with human resources planning.
  • Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
  • Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
Planning Section
  • Prepare and continuously update the actual job description manual for each university organizational unit.
  • Analysis of the current realities of human resources and hope and identification of the gap.
  • Propose the distribution of human resources to the university's organizational units.
  • Participation of committees related to human resources planning.
Functional Job Section
  • Study and plan all functional stairs continuously.
  • Prepare a draft annual job budget and submit it to the platform of the Ministry of Finance for all career cadres.
  • Reconciling job data with the records of the Ministries of Finance and the Ministry of Human Resources and continuous updating.
  • Implement all procedures relating to the amendment of job data and document them with the records of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • Provide human resources operations departments with vacancies to be filled by appointment, contract, transfer or promotion.
