  • Completion of procedures related to the depletion of academic human resources for training/scientific full-time/scientific communication.
  • Participation of committees related to the Department's work.
  • Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
  • Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
Incumbency Section
  • Completion of recruitment/contracting procedures.
  • Completion of promotion procedures.
  • Completion of transport/loan/assignment procedures.
  • Completion of separation procedures.
The Entitlements Section
  • Completion of procedures for the disbursement of financial remuneration (assignment/off-duty/attendance of boards /overtime /cooperation /separation /committees /discussants and arbitrators /conference fees /children's tuition fees).
  • Completion of procedures for the disbursement of allowances (emerging university /excellence /scarcity /position /nature of work /bridging the gap /university education).
  • Implementation of passenger order procedures.
  • Completion of leave procedures (sick /accompanying /paternity /death /exceptional )
Scholarship Section
  • Completion of procedures for the depletion of academic and administrative human resources for the study.
  • Finalize procedures for deploying human resources for training.
