  • Building the strategic plan of the General Human Resources Department and aligning it with the University's strategy.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Prepare management to meet the requirements and standards of relevant national and international bodies and institutions.
  • Promote quality values and culture at the management level.
  • Build quality management system in accordance with international standard 2015 - 90001 Iso
  • Apply quality management system.
  • Preparation and continuous updating of procedural manuals for all departments of public administration.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the system and take the necessary preventive and corrective action.
  • Cooperate with different university entities in terms of quality.
  • Follow up on developments in the field of quality locally and globally and how to benefit from them.
  • Preparation of the required annual periodic reports.
  • Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
