- Follow-up on the implementation of the strategic plan.
- Prepare management to meet the requirements and standards of relevant national and international bodies and institutions.
- Promote quality values and culture at the management level.
- Build quality management system in accordance with international standard 2015 - 90001 Iso
- Apply quality management system.
- Preparation and continuous updating of procedural manuals for all departments of public administration.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the system and take the necessary preventive and corrective action.
- Cooperate with different university entities in terms of quality.
- Follow up on developments in the field of quality locally and globally and how to benefit from them.
- Preparation of the required annual periodic reports.
- Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
