General Tasks
  • Coordination of the relationship between the general management of human resources and others.
  • Receiving beneficiaries' complaints and innovating ideas and ways that contribute to increasing their satisfaction.
  • Measuring the level of functional engagement of human resources, analysing its results and taking action.
  • Implementation of the procedures relating to the residency system and the social insurance system.
  • Preparation of the Department's annual reports.
  • Carry out its mandated work and other tasks.
The Communication Section
  • Issuance or renewal of business cards for all university employees.
  • Printing and signature of the party's evacuation scenes from the valid holder.
  • Prepare plans for events, meetings and events mandated by the public administration and coordinate with the relevant authorities.
  • Publishing the Department's news in the media within the University.
  • Provision of moral support to the Department's human resources in emergency situations.
  • Answering beneficiaries' inquiries and following up on their transaction procedures.
  • Receive and deal with beneficiaries' complaints.
  • Measuring beneficiaries' satisfaction with the services provided to them.
  • Measuring the degree of functional engagement of human resources.
  • Preparation and design of the Department's reports.
Passport & Insurance Department
  • Completion of procedures for non-Saudi contractors regarding their entry, exit and residence.
  • Completion of procedures for Saudi contractors in social insurance.
Records Section

Organization, preservation and archiving of all the University's human resources records.
