Detailed Job Description: Administrative Specialist

Overall Purpose of the Role:

To support and organize the operations of the Local and International Cooperation Department, coordinate partnerships, agreements, and initiatives, and follow up on their implementation to achieve the university’s strategic goals and enhance its relationships with local and international entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize cooperation and partnership activities with relevant entities.

  • Draft and follow up on agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and coordinate their processing procedures.

  • Monitor the implementation of terms in joint agreements and initiatives, measuring completion and progress levels.

  • Prepare correspondence, official letters, and reports related to the department's operations.

  • Coordinate meetings, forums, and events associated with cooperation and partnership efforts.

  • Create and update databases for partners, agreements, and joint initiatives.

  • Coordinate with relevant entities and internal departments to execute joint initiatives.

  • Track developments and emerging opportunities that support expanding the local and international cooperation network.
